The Story Chapter 20 Part 3 Journey To Hilltop Dojo

 The gate ? Says Elizabeth. For what purpose are you bringing us to the gate. This boy needs help. The alchemist simply ignores her. He inputs the coordinates on to the control panel. After a few moments the enormous gate begins to come into view. Ah there we go says the alchemist. We are here at the gate sir says the alchemist.

Good says the gruff voice. Bring the ship down here, I have a few questions for your captives. Sir says the alchemist. They are irrelevant, do not concern yourself with them. The voice starts to get angry. Do you dare question my orders, Alchemist?! Says the voice. No says the alchemist. He looks at three captives and tells them they are lucky. He kneels down next to Elizabeth and says, another time Elizabeth. She replays back with a headbutt. The alchemist curses her saying that she will pay for that .

The ship lands on this aerial platform. The ship opens up Elizabeth shields her eyes from the bright light. She makes out 3 people wearing hoods. From the three people she then sees a enormous shadow emerging from nowhere. Damn says Elizabeth.

  Wasn't expecting to meet you here, Lord Caius.  Hmm still the rebel, Lady Elizabeth. It is interesting to see you here now after all this time. We thought we lost you do to the incident with the portals.  Yea, I would like to not discuss that now lord Caius says Elizabeth. I need to make sure this boy gets some help. We were attacked by Lucius.

Lucius? I thought you defeated him says Caius. I have,but he seems to have gotten a lot stronger since then. We were no match for him says Elizabeth.  Luckily the alchemist found us but he needs to work on his manners. Hahaha says Caius. If I might ask how did you even get to the different dimension. I thought I had limited your training on dimension magic. Well I may have learn something from watching you. Caius gets angry and yells THAT MAGIC IS NOT TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY!  Elizabeth hangs her head in shame. Lord Caius I was only using the magic so we could make to the hilltop dojo before the convergence. Hilltop dojo ? Ah yes I remember that place.
The master had  helped these three get stronger, it's been a while since I've seen him. The convergence is soon. We should make way towards the dojo.

I don't think you'll be going anywhere. Caius! you fool. Caius looks beyond out the gate to see that a ship has landed on to his carrier. Who dares talk nonsense on my ship? Says Caius. I dare too you damned fool. Lucius appears ready for battle. Caius says ha all alone on my ship? Please you have no chance. Oh no says Lucius well then perhaps this will Change your mind.

Behold my new form. Well then let see how you compare to me son says Caius. Caius begins to form his signature move the shadow ball. You're not my father, my father wasn't a weakling. Caius charges toward Lucius and Lucius does the same. Both of their impactd clashed with such ferocity. Lucius attacks with volley of strikes while Caius defends with his arm guards. Impressive that you can keep despite wearing all that armor says Lucius. Still talking says Caius humph well let me show you. Caius begins to move towards Lucius ,but Lucius dodges makes a clean slice in Caius's armor. Caius then grabs the blade as Lucius holds it. Oh crap says Lucius. Caius extends his arm back to give a Lucius a powerful blow to the midsection. Lucius is  hurled toward his ship. He manages to grab the edge before he falls off. Coughing up blood he retreats into the ship and flies off. Caius throws a shadow ball toward the ship but Lucius hits a button that sends him to another world.  

Well now since he won't be bothering us anymore ,let us make way to the hilltop dojo.Alchemist, input those coordinates. Says Caius. The gate shines with a dazzling light and the sky rips apart.

What is that? says John ?  Hmm, flicking his beard. That ship says Master Monk I have seen it before.  Jin asks the master. Is it a friend or f:-)oe ?  The ship opens and reveals a battle scarred woman. Hey, we are not enemies. We  have come seeking refuge here says Elizabeth. Is anyone here from the Gusto tribe?  I am  says Caam. What do you want me ? I have a boy named kamui who says he was looking for you says Elizabeth  Ohhh My.... Kamui. She runs toward the ship for her brother. Master Monk says I recognize this ship, is the master on board? Indeed I am says Caius. Its been a while Old friend. Master Monk says yes it has been.  Come inside the Convergence is upon us.

The Story Chapter 20 Part 2: Dark Lucius appears.

Kamui is terrified at the sight of Dark Lucius.

Boy! says D.Lucius I said what is she doing here?
He points to Elizabeth. She was pulled in to the portal says Kamui. Hahaha,what luck!  Says D.Lucius. My prey has found her way to me. Now I have can have my revenge.  No, don't you touch her says Kamui. FALCOS !! Blow this loser far away from here. FALCOS squawks loudly and begins to flaps his wings. Keep flapping those wings FALCOS says Kamui. Ha says D.Lucius  It will take much more than wind to stop me.  Struggling to get Elizabeth back to FALCOS, Kamui barely makes it and FALCOS tries his best to fly away.

 With a outstretched hand D.Lucius releases the giant germ weakening FALCOS and bringing it back  down to the ground.Your bird is indeed powerful, but not enough to defeat me says D. Lucius Walking toward Elizabeth, D.Lucius gives her a powerful kick to the midsection. Elizabeth cries out in pain. I've waited a long time for this says D.Lucius. He kicks her again, laughing as she yells out in pain. Kamui who is on the ground unable to move watches this horrific sight. Stop it you monster!! yells out Kamui.

Meanwhile in the distance. The events are being seen by a man in white. He presses a button and one of the scouts is activated. Scout#117. Investigate area 3 and report back.

Affirmative.

D.Lucius turns to Kamui. Shut up boy! says D.Lucius I deal with you after I finish her off. Your demise will be painless. Darn it says Kamui. Wishing that he never recklessly ran into portal, Kamui says a silent prayer. He closes his eyes and

BAM!!

Kamui hears the wind howling and he sees a something soaring though the air. What is that? Says Kamui but he collapses. D.Lucius sees it as well and panics. It's a scout. So that mean they aren't to far behind. This isn't over! Next time your demise is assured, I promise you that says D.Lucius

Dark Lucius then vanishes from sight.

A scout plane is overseeing  the area. Area 3 is secured. No threats detected. Scanning for life forms now. The scout emits a beam over the surrounding area and it spot 3 heat signatures. Sign of life detected. Shall I eliminate?
No, says the man in white . Retrieve them and bring to the ship. Let us find out why they were here in the first place.

Affirmative. The scout  speeds over to the 3 lifeforms and hovers over them. He covers them with a blinding light and then reappear on to ship. Elizabeth is coughing up blood and looks over to Kamui with his eyes shut close. She puts her ear next to his chest and she can hear that his heart beating. Good he still lives says Elizabeth. Yes the boy still lives says a voice and Elizabeth turns to the voice. Her eyes widen. .

You were watching. weren't you? Yes I was,says the man in white. its nice to you see you Lady Elizabeth. Damn Alchemist, says Elizabeth. Where are you taking us ?  To the Gate of course, says the Alchemist.

The Story Chapter 20 part 1: The different dimension.

Elizabeth beckons to Kamui to follow her. I'm going not going any further says Kamui. How do I know that you won't try anything? Kid, I didn't have to bring you. I am your best chance of you getting to your sister says Elizabeth.  Hey I could have made to the dojo in no time shouts Kamui. Why do we need to go through the portal? Elizabeth points to FALCOS. He can easily be spotted by any of Dark Blade's spies. Kamui groans, alright Elizabeth. If you try anything I'll have FALCOS blow you far away. Elizabeth looks at him and tells him to come on.

Closing his eyes Kamui walks through the portal with FALCOS close by. Kamui opens his eyes and he can't believe what he is seeing. What kind of crazy place is this ? Elizabeth tells him

"This place is known as Different Dimension  The pathway to all worlds."

Different Dimension ? Says Kamui. I've never heard of this place. Elizabeth says of course you haven't. You are still young. Kamui gets mad. Hey I might be young but I'm not scared of anything.

Elizabeth raises her eyebrow. Not scared of anything eh? Well you will need to be not afraid if you want to make it through this place. Kamui swallows hard and tries to brave. OK let's do this. Elizabeth smiles and tells Kamui to stay close to her.  They walk in silence as the pass by the different portals leading to other worlds.  As they walk, Kamui hears singing. Overjoyed he runs to the nearest portal. Elizabeth runs after him and yells out to Kamui. Get back here now!!  As Kamui gets closer to the portal a blue hand reaches out to grab him. With seconds to spare Elizabeth manages to push Kamui out of the way of being pull in. Dammit kid, says Elizabeth. I told you to stay close to me. You almost got pulled into a unknown area. Catching his breath, Kamui says that he is sorry and that the singing reminds him of sister. Elizabeth tells him that this place can trick you into believing  anything.  Don't worry we will make it to the dojo says Elizabeth. Now say close to m.... What the?

A blue spirit grabs Elizabeth and begins to pull her in Kamui stretches out his hand hoping that Elizabeth would reach, but it misses.

She is already through the portal. Noooo! screams Kamui.  Elizabeth is falling fast  to the ground below. A green streak zips right next to her and FALCOS manages to catch Elizabeth with his talons.  Kamui tells FALCOS to land so he can see if Elizabeth is OK.

Hey Elizabeth.  Elizabeth. Are you alright ? Wake up ? Says Kamui.

"Hehehe".   A cruel laugh is heard. Kamui turns around sees a shadow

What do we have here says the voice. Some green haired brat and ... The shadow growls in anger.

 What is SHE doing here the voice says angrily.  Kamui looks in horror. Wwwhhhoo arrrrree yoouuu?

The Story Chapter 19 Crossroads

Gee thanks lady says Kamui. Lady? Show some respect kid, my name is Elizabeth.

Alright, Geez you don't  have to be so crabby says Kamui. Are you always this annoying says Elizabeth.  No says Kamui. Sorry if FALCOS  startled you like that it was my first time riding on his back. He took me on a wild ride. Where where you coming from kid? Says Elizabeth. Kamui tells her that he was coming from the sacred bird sanctuary where he was told that FALCOS had chosen him to be his rider. Oh really says Elizabeth well looks like to me you had a lot trouble staying on the bird. I know sheesh says Kamui. 

Alright, gotta remember what Master Windarr told me says Kamui. Be gentle with him like the wind Kamui repeats to himself. He approaches FALCOS very cautiously. FALCOS watches on and so far no shrieking.  He finds the harness and pulls himself upward on to FALCOS's back.  Kamui then pats FALCOS on the head  and there seems to be some joy in the bird's eye. Elizabeth looks on at the pair and laughs to herself. Not bad at all kid she says. Yup me and FALCOS are unbeatable says Kamui proudly. 

So you mention you have a sister earlier says Elizabeth. Do you know where she might be? 
Hanging his head , Kamui says no. Oh well don't worry says Elizabeth. I'm heading toward to hilltop dojo for answers. The hilltop dojo? asked Kamui. Yes, it's a crossroads for warriors on various quests. Maybe you can ask the master of the dojo if he has seen your sister says Elizabeth Yeah that would help thank you so much Elizabeth says Kamui. With FALCOS it will be faster, we get to dojo in no time.

Thanks for the offer kid but I am not riding on that crazy bird says Elizabeth. My bird is not crazy, he's awesome says Kamui. Oh yea well can he do this. Elizabeth then closes her eyes and focuses on an empty space. She then opens her eyes and before her lies a portal. Kamui's mouth is wide open.

Sorry kid I prefer my feet on the ground says Elizabeth How did you do that ? says Kamui. Elizabeth winks at him and says to him  a girl never reveals her secrets. Stick to me kid and bring your crazy bird Too.

The Story chapter 18 -Kamui goes on a Adventure

Two days earlier...

That's it! I cannot stay here while my sister is out there. Imma get me one of these birds and fly outta here says Kamui. He leaves from his tree home and quietly hops from tree branch to tree branch.

Kamui  eventually reaches the bird sanctuary. He looks at the birds through the cages. These birds are all small, I can't ride on any of them. As Kamui ascends higher up the sanctuary walking past all the cages. One of the larger bird squawks at him and begins to glow green. Wow, what's your name huh? Says Kamui.

"FALCOS" said a booming voice.

Kamui is so startled by the voice. He turns to see who it is. A man with green a hood is looming over him. MMMaster Windarr. Sorry, I didn't mean to sneak in. says Kamui It's all right young one says Windarr. I simply had sensed something and came to investigate what it was.  What were you doing up here ? This bird sanctuary is sacred to  the great bird spirit Simorgh. Master Windarr I'm sorry says Kamui. I am here because I really need to find my sister. I miss her and knowing that she is out there. I want to be there with her.  I understand young one says Windarr and it's seem someone has decide to help you. Windarr then points to FALCOS. This bird choose me ?! Says Kamui. All right I got a bird.

Yes Kamui says Windarr. FALCOS will take you anywhere you need to go. All that is required is for you to get on its back and place your hand gentle on its head. Then you say FALCOS  and the destination.  Heh that's easy says Kamui. Kamui hops  on FALCOS back. FALCOS shrieks really loudly.

BOOM!!

FALCOS flies out of the sanctuary with Kamui struggling to hold on. The bird soars at top speed making it very difficult for Kamui to hold on. With the strong wind making it hard to open his eyes Kamui spots the harness and Grabs on to it. Suddenly FALCOS makes a complete stop, spotting a woman leaving from a village.

The Story Chapter 17 The Path ahead

After defeating the cyber falcon, there is loud cheer coming from the army. "Hurray Hurray"!!

Captain smiles at Freed. "We beat it Sir We beat it". Freed smiles and falls of the horse, due to exhaustion. FREED!! The captain runs over to see if Freed is ok. Freed says  That was fun, but now I am tired. Captain let's go home. Meanwhile Elizabeth  who was watching the battle from afar decides to go back with Freed and the captain.

Back at Freed's Castle.

As Freed recovers from the battle, the captain focuses his attention toward Elizabeth. Now that falcon business has been resolved what do you plan to do now ? Says captain. Elizabeth says well now I should continue on my quest  and also look for clues about the man named Jin. What can you tell me about him? Well  I know about Jin only because Freed was his mentor says the captain. Really says Elizabeth. Yes,  Freed  trained him and two others for about three years. I believe their names was John and Dai. John was here but he left for the hilltop dojo about three days ago, something about a quest and a old mystic. Elizabeth looks surprise when the captain mentions about the mystic. So the old man wasn't crazy says Elizabeth. All right Captain I'll be on my way now. Captain says sounds like a plan miss, I will stay here with Freed and make  sure that he recovers. May the winds guide you there safely.

"Take Care of yourself Cap" says Elizabeth

With the village behind her and her destination in front, the path is clear. Suddenly the wind picks up and blows Elizabeth backward to the entrance of the village. What the..? Elizabeth looks toward  the sky and sees a green bird hovering over her.

That insignia ... Gusto... Here. Why. Pulling out her sword she stands up to defend her self when suddenly she sees a green haired boy struggling to hold on to the bird.  Oh no he says falling from the bird. Running at full speed Elizabeth jumps into the air and catches the boy. Thanks lady says the boy  happily. No problem kid says Elizabeth. Who are you  anyway?  Who me ? I am Kamui of the gusto and I am here to find my sister.

The Story Chapter 16: Freed Vs The Falcon

A loud screech is  heard through out the village of Minu. Freed tells the men to prepare themselves for battle. He then tells Elizabeth to find something to fight with in the armory and to meet him on the battlefield.

Alright men, the time has come to put your courage to the test says Freed. Captain, bring some men with you to help position the catapults.

Yes sir -says the Captain. You, Elizabeth says Freed. Take these two and scout ahead let us know if you find exactly where the Falcon is.  I will do my best sir says Elizabeth. Do you know why it came here exactly? says Freed Not really, I was  following the falcon after it had cornered me. I decided to follow and it lead me here.-says Elizabeth. I see, says Freed. Well what is your plan sir might I ask? says Elizabeth

Freed tells her " To Bring that Bird Down". I will ride out there and meet the Falcon head on.

Everyone suddenly goes quiet. Sir, you can't be serious says the captain.We need you ,Freed!

I understand, Captain but someone must draw its' attention  and it won't be any of my men.

My honor as a man and my duty to protect the village is on the line. 

For my comrades, the village and for Dai, John and Jin. I must fight.

Freed charges off on his horse toward the direction of the falcon. The falcon is circling over the village and spots Freed on his horse. Without hesitation, the falcon dives at top speed. It catches up to Freed while the horse is galloping at full speed. The falcon pecks at Freed's head. Freed blocks it with sword. The falcon grabs the sword and drags Freed off the horse and into the air. Freed looks down and he can no longer see the horse. The falcon climbs higher and higher. Left with no other choice, Freed raises his sword and begins to chant. As he does the sword begins to glow.

"LIGHTNING STRIKE"

The clouds darken and thundered roars aloud. Suddenly a powerful thunderbolt is released toward the Falcon. 

"Direct Hit!"The falcon shrieks. It is now falling down heading for the village toward Freed's castle

"BLAM" Freed rolls off its back and is unconscious. The Falcon Struggles to flaps its wings but the wings won't respond. From a nearby distance, the captain tells the men to ready the catapults. 

Ready, FIRE ALL!

Boulder after Boulder hit their target. The Falcon goes down hard.

"YEAAAAHHH" shout the soldiers.
