The Story Chapter 16: Freed Vs The Falcon

A loud screech is  heard through out the village of Minu. Freed tells the men to prepare themselves for battle. He then tells Elizabeth to find something to fight with in the armory and to meet him on the battlefield.

Alright men, the time has come to put your courage to the test says Freed. Captain, bring some men with you to help position the catapults.

Yes sir -says the Captain. You, Elizabeth says Freed. Take these two and scout ahead let us know if you find exactly where the Falcon is.  I will do my best sir says Elizabeth. Do you know why it came here exactly? says Freed Not really, I was  following the falcon after it had cornered me. I decided to follow and it lead me here.-says Elizabeth. I see, says Freed. Well what is your plan sir might I ask? says Elizabeth

Freed tells her " To Bring that Bird Down". I will ride out there and meet the Falcon head on.

Everyone suddenly goes quiet. Sir, you can't be serious says the captain.We need you ,Freed!

I understand, Captain but someone must draw its' attention  and it won't be any of my men.

My honor as a man and my duty to protect the village is on the line. 

For my comrades, the village and for Dai, John and Jin. I must fight.

Freed charges off on his horse toward the direction of the falcon. The falcon is circling over the village and spots Freed on his horse. Without hesitation, the falcon dives at top speed. It catches up to Freed while the horse is galloping at full speed. The falcon pecks at Freed's head. Freed blocks it with sword. The falcon grabs the sword and drags Freed off the horse and into the air. Freed looks down and he can no longer see the horse. The falcon climbs higher and higher. Left with no other choice, Freed raises his sword and begins to chant. As he does the sword begins to glow.

Grant me the power to win this fight.

The time is right.

Let loose your power upon our enemies.

"LIGHTNING STRIKE"

The clouds darken and thundered roars aloud. Suddenly a powerful thunderbolt is released toward the Falcon. 

"Direct Hit!"The falcon shrieks. It is now falling down heading for the village toward Freed's castle

"BLAM" Freed rolls off its back and is unconscious. The Falcon Struggles to flaps its wings but the wings won't respond. From a nearby distance, the captain tells the men to ready the catapults. 

Ready, FIRE ALL!

Boulder after Boulder hit their target. The Falcon goes down hard.

"YEAAAAHHH" shout the soldiers. 

 

The Story Chapter 15. Elizabeth of the Wastelands

The woman known only as Elizabeth tracks down a monstrosity known as the Cyber Falcon to a Village.
There she witness the destructive power of the falcon as it destroys majority of the village. She makes her way there and decides her best bet to get information is to blend in with the soldiers.

Unfortunately for her Freed notices her. Freed decides to question her as to why she is here in Minu.

Back at the Freed's Castle....

Elizabeth? you say says Freed.Well, who is the target that Dark Blade has sent the Falcon to deal with.
Before I give you a name Freed, How do I know that you wont just kill me? says Freed. Ah, I understand you believe that I would resort to such shameful tactics as that. Hmph I am a man of Honor, I am Freed.

Even so says Elizabeth. The Dark Blade has eyes everywhere.
Hmm that is a problem, but other than that what is the name of target ?- says Freed You have my word that no harm will come to you. Very Well says Elizabeth. What do you know of a man named Jin. Freed's face saddens. I have known this man very well. I had trained him.says Freed. One day as we riding back from the mountains The horse lost its footing and Jin had fallen over the edge.

 I went to back to find but I only found blood. No clothes or a body.

Elizabeth holds her hand over her mouth and Tells Freed she is sorry. Freed brushes it off and thinks to himself. "You said the falcon was looking for Jin but that's impossible. Jin is dead. I saw him fall to his death. What kind game are you playing. Says Freed. Tis is no game but the honest truth says Elizabeth. How do you know Jin, Elizabeth? says Freed. I don't know him but the Falcon spoke that name when it spotted me.

What madness is this?! says Freed.

It is true, Sir Says Captain. I too also heard the Falcon speak that name. Freed cant't believe it.

 Jin could be alive out there says Freed. but where.... A violent Screech interrupts him

Sir, The Falcon... It found Us.

The Story Chapter 14 Trailing The Falcon

 The Cyber Falcon descends onto the village of Minu, It is searching for its target while destroying homes and buildings. Freed and his men march toward the site of the disaster and hope to bring an end to this monster.

Men we have battled before but not like this. Armies of men are one things and dragons are another but this is unlike anything we have come across before. I have heard stories about the Falcon, I never thought I would actually see it with my own eyes. Who has sent this monstrosity on us Sir ? This falcon was sent by the  Dark Blade. Freed's Comrades start to panic, Dark Blade?! one says. I  heard that he processes dragons but falcons? Another one says. How can this be? the last one says. Freed tells his companions to stay strong when suddenly he sees the captain in the distance.

 Frrreeed , Sir

 Falcon......very.... tough

 I tried catching up to it but I was no match for it 

 I failed sir.

No captain says Freed you were brave trying to face Falcon but you are reckless for trying to do it alone.

He points to the rear guard and tells him to take the captain back to rest and recover. Freed Looks at the falcon from a distance and then an idea hits him

The Falcon has very tough skin and can out run our horses but I think have an idea. Freed tells his men to gather the Catapults. We force it to fly into a choke hold that way it will have no where to go. The Canyon is a perfect place to trap but in order for it to work we must have someone brave enough to provoke the falcon. Hmm Which one you brave souls with face this challenge? He looks at his companions and then see that there is someone else among them. Freed Pulls out his sword and says who are you to this newcomer.

"Reveal yourself!"

Freed Attacks and the newcomer falls down revealing that it is a woman.

The Dark Blade has sent us his spy.

I am not a spy for that murderer , I am a warrior just like you. -says the woman

You are a woman, I have no need for a woman in my ranks.- says Freed.

I can help, I've been tracking the falcon movements for days now.- says the woman.

What can you tell me about the Falcon that I don't already know.- says Freed.

It's target. says the woman. Who are you says Freed.

The Story Chapter 13: The Falcon Approaches

 The Butterspy,  a group that specializes in gathering information on anything and everything. No one knows the true identity of these masked experts.  Not only are they masters of secrecy but they are well trained in the poison arts says Master Monk. The poison arts is very crafty and can be the death of you if you aren't well trained. I hear a rumor that they operate at the base of the World Tree.

The World Tree? says Caam. That place is very important to nature especially for the wild life. It has stood tall for Centuries. Some say that is where creation began. Very Good Caam says Master Monk. Indeed the tree is rich with life and it bears a very sweet fruit. One would say if they ate from the world tree they would live forever but that is just a rumor. To live forever would be cool says John Lets head to the world tree.
Not so fast John says Master Monk. Before that happens You must train here for 3 months and Jin I request you do the same if you want to be ready to go on this quest. Jin agrees to complete the training if it meant to get back Red-eyes. John agrees as well because he think it will make him stronger but in secret he was told to keep an eye on Jin/

Meanwhile Back at the Village of Minu. at Freed's Castle

Resting after a long journey , Freed falls into a deep slumber. In the dream he sees himself training Jin and John. They position themselves to attack only to be repelled by Freed. Getting up with out breaking a sweat they attempt to attack him only for Freed to avoid their reckless assault. Jin smiles and says I got you. Freed then notices a scar on his cheek. Freed tells Jin that he is getting better. John says you just got lucky that's all. Freed looks at John and tells him it wasn't luck rather it was his resolve to fight. John didn't understand what that meant and asks Freed what he meant. When Freed is about to, suddenly a Man in Black armor Challenges Freed to a Duel. Freed refuses to fight the man. The man in black Armor says so be it and takes out John with one blow and smacks Jin away leaving Freed to fend for himself. You are nothing without your companions Freed.

 Let see how you do against my power.  The Black Armored man starts to glows red and dashes toward Freed Impaling him with his weapon.

 FREED!!

Wake up sir 

Captain? What is wrong?

Look!  There in the sky

It cannot be!

The Story Chapter 12: The Mysterious Elder Brother Dai

John arrives at the hilltop temple where he runs into Master Monk and his apprentice as well as Jin and Caam. 

Hey Jin, Whats going on with you? You're not the same guy I remember from 3 years ago says John.  Jin is thinking really hard to himself but no luck. He tells John that he doesn't remember much except  waking up in a grassy field a few days prior coming to the hilltop. He also mentions that he had a note which told him to find an egg and keep it safe but the words were written in blood. John looks confused and says "an egg, you nearly got killed for an egg." "Well I hope for your sake that it was worth it" Caam intervenes and says Enough, you are being really hard on him and hes been through a lot. John looks back at Caam Why is a girl here? It was suppose to be the three of us and I don't recall a girl being part of the quest.

Master Monk flicks his beard and says 3 of us? Might I ask who are you referring to John? John tells everyone that The Mystic had sent him here to meet up with Jin and Dai. Master Monk eyes widened on that particular name and the apprentice mention that someone named Dai had came here two years earlier. Jin  looks around and asks who is Dai ?  It sounds so familiar to me. John says "Well yea it should he is your older brother" I have family ? says Jin with a relief. "Yea you, me and Dai all trained under Freed"says John

"So that is why you can use that stance, its because you trained under Freed. It all makes sense know. This is no coincidence that you are here at this temple. The Quest was given to 3 people but no one has heard from Dai since he ventured in to Pandemonium" says Master Monk. John gives a serious look toward the master. "What do you mean to he went to Pandemonium"? "You have to be a fool to go there especially by yourself". He went to see the oracle about the details of the quest says the apprentice. Our Master had warned him about that place but Dai insisted that it was important. He left without telling anyone but we had someone follow him just in case. 

Jin asks who did they send to follow his brother. 

The apprentice mentions that person they sent was from the group known as

 "Butterspy"

The Story Chapter 11- Old Friend Part 5

The Brothers Dai and Jin are riding back home when suddenly Jin notices two people lying in the field.
Going to investigate they find out that two people are a boy and a knight. The boy despite having injuries awake and grabs Freed's weapon and demands to know who they are.

"Hey Hey, We arent your enemy" says Dai. "We saw you on lying there on ground" says Jin "I dont trust you guys at all" says John. Jin says, You don't have to trust us but the knight there needs help. John looks at Freed and see that he is bleeding a lot. "Fine!" says John Help us but if you try anything I will not hesitate to attack. "Sure, but what do we call you says Dai" My name is John and don't you forget it.  "Ok, Little John whatever you say your the boss" says Dai. John rushes at Dai only for Jin to stop him and remind him that Freed is bleeding heavily. They ride back to Zera where John Meets The Stern Mystic.

John asks the wise old man to help him and Freed. Yes Yes I will help you and your friend but in return I ask for your services. John readily agrees.

A few Days later...

Freed wakes up to the smell freshly made bread and sees it on the table. He quickly eats and see a gourd of water which he drinks hastily. John Sees that Freed is awake and rushes to him. "Umph, What the matter with you kid always getting yourself in to something: says Freed. Then Freed realizes that John is Crying. I was worried that you were going to die ,sobs John. Freed smiles and hugs him.  The Mystic as well as the brothers Dai and Jin come in to check on them. Freed thanks them for their hospitality and mentions to John to same thing.The Mystic smiles and says he was honored to help a brave knight but now the condition for helping them have to be met. Freed asks the Mystic what he means. He looks at John and Freed tells him "No!, I went through hell for that boy.I will not let you have him." The eyes of mystic start to glow and his voice darkens.

THE AGREEMENT MUST BE FULFILLED!!

 The Mystic then calms down and says John has agreed to my services in exchanged for me treating you. You will see him again but you must train these two brothers for the future. John will join them later on quest of most importantance. John looks surprised. Quest? What Quest? The Mystic fixes his glasses and says all in due time young one. You will get stronger but you need to be smarter as well. Freed considers this and then says to John that he should stay to learn more about the birthmark something only this mystic can show him. John hangs his head but Jin comes over and tells him shouldn't worry besides they would see each other when they are much stronger. John cheers up and Tells Jin to be ready for him when they meet. Jin tells him he will be ready.

The Story Chapter 10 Old Friend Part 4

The boy and the Knight fall into the earth below due to a sudden earthquake. John is hurt from the fall. Freed finds him as well as a underground temple. Freed proceeds to go inside with John on his shoulders. There he see  the shadows of something that doesn't appear to be human. Drawing his sword he move forward very slowly...

GRR...Who Dares Enter the Earth Temple?! says the shadow. Freed Shouts back " I am called Freed, a knight. "What business do you have all the down here, Knight?" asked the shadow. This boy he's hurt from the fall. I require assistance.answers Freed. " Ha, bring the boy here so I may eat him. You may leave." roars the shadow. Well If you want him come and claim him. Monster!! Freed rushes at the shadow who in turn smacks him away with his club. Struggling to stand, Freed realizes he is no match for this monster and falls to the ground.

The Monster grabs the boy and notices the birthmark. He recognizes it as an earth symbol. "The Symbol of Redox"!! The Monster then calls for his brother and tells him that we must bring him to the center. "This boy is who we have been waiting for centuries."

Back at the entrance....Freed wakes to the sound of rumbling within the temple. He looks around and see John is nowhere to be found. Freed follows the sound to a vast chamber in the temple where he sees John in the center. Knowing that two monsters must be close, he quietly makes his way toward John. When he gets close enough, the torches around the pedestal flare up and give the monsters their location. "The Knight is taking the boy, Seize him, Brother" says the green one.  Freed curses to himself and grabs John as he desperately tries to get back to the entrance. "Ha ha Knight" says the red one blocking the way. "You have nowhere to go"  "Klink" a trap door opens in the floor. "Not another damn hole" yells Freed. The hole sends Freed and John another location. They land in a open field.

 Beyond the Field lies a Marvelous City. A city known as Zera.

Struggling to Carry John toward the faraway city he collapses. From a fairway distance come two figures on horses."Brother look over there, I see a knight and it looks like someone is with him." Lets check it out.
"Hey we have to back home those guys are as good as dead" Father will be mad at us. "Brother, Father always told us help out less fortunate and they look like they help" Fine,  they are you're responsibility.
Rushing over to the field, the younger brother see says the knight and boy are still alive. John wakes up and see the two figures. John backs away and grabs Freed's sword toward them demanding to know who they are. The older brother shouts" I am Dai and this is my brother Jin ,we are not your enemy"

The Story Chapter 9:Old Friend Part 3

John after being rescued by Freed, walks back from the forest heading to village. He is thinking about everything that just happen. John being used to see warriors fight so he wasn't scared at all, just amazed on how skillful Freed was. He tells himself by having Freed train him he will be able to get stronger to realize his dream.

Back at the Village....

Freed brings the gang before the Court. There resides the Judge man.

who then sentences them to the dungeon for their crimes of thievery and blackmail. Don Zaloog pleads with the judges saying "We are all innocent, we are just trying to have a little something for ourselves" Judge man replies "if you want to survive you have to earn your place among us rightfully".  The sound of the mallet hitting the wood, the five members of the Dark Scorpion were sentenced to 3 months within the dungeon. Don Zaloog shouts to John " I'll Get you for this, YOU WON'T ESCAPE MY WRATH!!"

John runs outside to get away from all the commotion. Freed shouts out to John with no answer. "Damn that kid" and begins to look for him all over. John hides in the stables. He is then greeted by a horse who trots over to him.He smiles and the horse neighs loud when John reaches out to it. The horse bolt out of the stables, Freed manages to grab him just in time before he gets run down by the horse.

Freed: You damn Kid ! what is the wrong with you? Thought you weren't scared of anything? John replies I'm not, you don't understand me at all. Just leave me alone.  John breaks free from Freed's grip and begins to run off when suddenly the ground shakes violently.

Cracks in the grounds begins to open up. The townspeople are frantic and John is overwhelmed by the crowd when a crevice opens up and swallows him up. Freed see this and decides to go after him

Underneath the village...

John wakes up to underground temple. He sees Freed searching around when John weakly waves to him. Freed rushes to him and carries him on his shoulders. As they walk through the temples Freed sees the a shadows of something that isn't human. Drawing his sword, Freed Goes forward

The Story Chapter 8 The Old Friend part 2

It is nightfall and the Dark Scorpion Gang are on the move with their captive, a boy a named John.

Exiting the village, Don Zaloog and Co. make their way to forest. Through the bitter cold and unyielding terrain they reach the end of the dense forest.

At this moment, Don Zaloog tells his comrades to rest for a bit. Borg ties John onto a tree and tells Don Zaloog that he is still out but notices a particular birthmark on John's arm. Cliff goes to investigate the birthmark when suddenly the wind picks up. Howling winds and a dense mist a bad combination, Cliff thinks to himself. He shouts out to the Don that they should stick together and pre--

, His voice gets cut short. Don Zaloog unsheathes his blade and tells Chick the Yellow to make sure that the prisoner won't get away. Chick runs toward John but mist catches up to him and he found unconscious. Then Don hears Meanae scream. He turns towards her but finds her unconscious as well. Borg begins to head toward his boss when a giant tree branch sends him flying.

The wind fades away and Don Zaloog see that his gang has been overwhelmed. "Brrr" Don hears a noise and turn to see a horse staring right back at him. He says to himself, “That horse?”

"It couldn't be him" Don Zaloog begins to back away slowly from the horse only to hit the armor of a well-built soldier. Don: " Oh Sh... WHACK! Down goes the last Scorpion.

The Mysterious soldier says that he been looking for this bunch for a while. His Steed nods in agreement.

 "Uhh Uhh "

The horse points toward the north tree and the soldier finds the what is making those sounds.He finds a boy tied up and quickly unties him and gets him down. The soldier checks to see if the boy is breathing and its a relief that he is. John wakes up to the feeling of someone shaking him and asking who he is. He tells the soldier that his name is John and then asking what the soldier's name is.

The Soldier replies "My name is Seigfried, but I am simply know as Freed by my comrades.  

The Story Chapter 7: A old Friend Part 1

"Where do you think you're going without me"? 

The man with battered cape and scarred armor appears!

Jin asks " Who are you?" The knight laughs and says it's me, John.

Jin tells him that he doesnt know anyone by that name. John: "you can't be serious we trained together for 3 years and you dont remember my face"." Hmm well let me remind you "

Master Monk: "That's Enough Tell us why you are here"? John refuses to say more and keeps his eyes focused on Jin.

This man appeared out of nowhere but who is he?

As a child,

 John liked to lead others into make-believe battles. He would shout out "thou art mine villain which the other kids would laugh at him for it. He would respond by grabbing his trusty branch and swing it in all directions. He then makes an oath to help out the oppressed people of the world.

One night on his way home John is ambushed by the Dark Scorpion Gang.

Their boss Don Zaloog approaches John and says "Hey kid want to work for us?"

John looks up to the boss and tells him " I am a leader, not gonna follow you around."Bleh.
The don chuckles to himself and say smart mouth but it wont save you. Don Zaloog pulls out a knife and throws it at John's head. Pulling out his trusty branch, he deflects it with ease. The whole gang looks at John with their mouths wide open. "Impressive" says Zaloog now i give you a brief example of what i am capable of.

Don Zaloog rolls back his eye patch and bright light shines from it. John covers his eyes. He then is attacked simultaneously 

and is knocked out."That kid was something else eh boss" says Gorg 

"A cute kid like that ought be with us" says Meanae 

Cliff fixes his Glasses and then tells Zaloog that they  hould leave now and to take the boy with them in case someone comes to look for him. 

The Story Chapter 6 : Warrior of the Past.

Master Monk and Jin make their way to the Main Hall to meet Caam. Jin thinks back when he was home with his mother, father and older brother. His home, the citadel of Zera was once a peaceful place and it was under the protection of the Arch lords(Guardians of the Sky). Jin gets lost in his thoughts when Master Monk hits him on the head telling him that everyone is in the main hall. Embarrassed Jin keeps to himself as the Master speaks.

The Master announces that trouble is brewing and the unstable conditions are a threat. Caam suggest that he Speak to the Oracle. "Hmm that would be wise but how are we to reach the Oracle at time like this" says the Master.

 "Um master "? says the monk fighter,  Reaching the oracle would require a guide through Pandemonium....

There is a brief moment of looks being exchanged and then Jin asks What is Pandemonium? Caam looks at Jin as if he had a rock for a brain. Pandemonium is a nightmare of a place. Going there is down right crazy but we don't have much choice. The very essence of Pandemonium can corrupt and turn you against your comrades. Master, says monk fighter  Didn't "He" visit that place. The Master looks at the young monk and flicks his beard. Jin asks " who is "he"? A eager warrior like you wanting to explore the world and make a name for himself. He came to my temple two years ago seeking training to become a better warrior. One day he was chosen for a quest, but his quest lead him to pandemonium. That is the last we ever saw of that man.

Hearing that story, Jin gathers his courage and tell the master that he wishes to face the trials of pandemonium and  find out what happened to the man who journey there two years earlier. The master expresses concern for Jin's well-being and insist that he shouldn't go alone. Master Monk tells Monk Fighter and Caam to Join Jin. The reason I ask you 3 to team up is because two years ago I was told by the oracle, that I would send 3 to her. Didn't  know what that meant until now. Caam: Why should I go? I have to return back to my tribe and to my little brother. Master Monk tells her not to worry and that he will send word to the Gusto about the quest.

Master Monk begins to write a letter to the oracle 

"Hold on there Jack, where do you think your going without me". Everyone turns to a man wearing a battered cape and rusted armor.

The Story Chapter 5: Training Begins

Chapter 5: The Training Begins


Jin is determined to get stronger since his battle with Dark Blade. He asks Master Monk if he could train with him. The Master flicks his beard and responds with a simple nod. Jin bows and shows his thanks.
Master Monk then asks Jin to follow him and takes Jin inside the temple. Walking toward the training hall, Jin notices a large red sword that is hanging on the wall. Curious Jin asks the Master about the sword, but The master tells him not to worry about it. Shrugging his shoulders, Jin mutters to himself saying that he has seen that sword before. At last they reach the training hall. In the training hall the Master turns turns around and gives Jin a serious look. Without warning the Master attacks him.

 Confused as to why this is happening, Jin dodges the Master severe blows knowing if  he were to get hit it would cause serious damage. Running all about the training hall he knows that he has no chance but then he remembers the sword on the wall. Running as fast as he can toward the weapon, the master isnt to far behind. Jin Reaches the sword but is unable to unsheathe it. He tugs and it finally gets free. Jin takes his stance to counter-attack when suddenly the master asked where did you learn that stance. Swiftly moving toward the master he is able to land blow on the master only for the Master to block it. With 3 moves from the Master Jin is knocked unconscious.

Jin appears to be in spirit form looking at himself. Unsure on what is going he floats around until he finds a tablet with an image of warrior holding the red sword. Underneath are these words:

From the North, the winds blows gently.
From the west, the fire burns fiercely.
Toward the south, water flows freely.
In the east, the earth is sturdy.

A gust of wind blows the spirit of Jin away and he wakes up holding his head.

The Master is looking over him asking "what happened'? Refusing to answer he demands to know why
the master attacked him. The master smiles and tells him I was holding back to test you. I wanted to see what you are capable of.  You have skill especially with the sword.  Jin tells the master that he barely knows how to handle a sword let alone fight with one. 'Hmm Interesting" says Master Monk while he flicks his beard.

Master Monk tells his student to ask Caam to come Main hall and tells Jin to come as well.

The Story Chapter 4: Caam Of the Gusto Tribe

Caam is a priestess from the wind tribe known as Gusto. Ordered by the oracle; Musto, she is to deliver a message to the Master of the Hilltop Dojo. Her brother, Kamui wants to go with his sister but Musto insists that he stay behind because of his carefree ways. With tears in his eyes, he wishes his sister farewell. Caam smiles at her brother and tells him not to worry. Gulldos,  is one of 3 guardians that protect the tribe from danger. Gulldos flies west toward the Hilltop Dojo but shrieks at the sight of a strange creature. Caam witnesses what is happen and it seems that the black scaled creature is about to attack a black-armored knight.

The creature attacks and Caam is blown away by the sheer force of the blast.She would have fallen to her death if it were not for Gulldos. When Caam awakes on Gulldos's back,she searches for the creature and the knight but there is no trace. She then sees a bearded man and a younger man walking along the road finding a body laying in the dirt. She begins to follow them hoping that they would provide some clues as to the whereabouts of the creature or the knight in the black armor. Sure enough she finds herself at the Hilltop Dojo. Suddenly she hear someone shouting at her demanding that she reveals who she is. Gulldos flaps its wing and sends him flying away. The bearded saves the man life and asks Caam who she is. She tells him that she is from the Gusto tribe and that she has a message for the Master of the dojo.

The bearded man reveals that he is the master of the dojo and Caam bows in respect. She has a  message from the Oracle concerning the future.

The egg that falls from the sky and for the one who finds it will control the greatest force ever known.
The knight who knows no fear. Death approaches whenever he is near. Seeking the ultimate power to rule the universe. Only someone of kin can break the curse.
 As the five gather to combat the deadly duo, they awaken the light of hope. Like a strong rope, their bond cannot be broken.  

"Hearing this message is most distressing" says the Master. He flicks his beard and says to Jin you must train here if you are to defeat your enemy. Jin confused, says my enemy? Then remembering that its was because of Dark Blade interference that he lost Red-Eyes. Without Hesitation he bows to the master and says "Train me to defeat him, I must get back Red-Eyes"

The Story Chapter 3: The temple in the Hills

A traveler from a far away land. A strange red-eyed creature that shares a bond with the traveler. A enemy who seeks revenge. What does it all mean? Hmm Well let the story continue.

After the encounter with the villainous Dark Blade, Jin collapses from exhaustion. For hours Jin is lying there until Master monk and his apprentice see a body laying in the dirt. They  decide to take Jin with them back to the temple. " Its a day journey from here Master, do you think he will survive?" asks the apprentice. The master says Well then we better move then. Give the man some water every few hour, that will do until we reach the temple.
Crossing the roaring river, climbing up the tallest trees and following the path of the stone steps. Deep in the middle of the forest is a temple that is nested high on a hilltop.

The master tells his apprentice to put the man in the resting quarters for now and make the medicine to ensure his recovery.

 After a few days on resting and bitter medication Jin awakes to the sound of a waterfall. "Good morning" says the monk How are you feeling young man. Jin holds his head and says I feel wobbly. The monk laughs heartily and tells him just the medicine taking effect. His apprentice gives the hungry traveler some food which he gladly accepts. Jin shows his thanks toward to monk and tell the Master his name and that he is from Zera.
     

The master was telling Jin that he and his apprentice was waiting for someone when they found him. Jin wonders who were they waiting for but he decides not to ask. The master monk then asked "what was he doing out there in the wastelands?"

Jin explain that he was investigating the egg that fell from the sky and that when got there he found the red-eyed creature. After he found Red-Eyes, He wander down the mountain but was followed by a knight known as Dark Blade. The Master tells Jin that he has heard stories about the knight and that he possesses the power to manipulate dragons. The power to manipulate dragons, now wonder he was really strong. Jin starts to think about Red-eyes and the possibility of him being a dragon.Suddenly Jin panics and asks the Master if has seen Red-Eyes? He replies no and Jin frantically searches the temple for it. He shouts at the sky and blames himself for losing Red-Eyes. The master put his hand on Jin's shoulder and tells him that don't fear, Faith will bring you to friend wherever he may be. Jin thanks for the master for his wisdom.

The wind picks up and a girl on top of giant bird appears. "Such power and that bird looks serious" says Jin. 

Jin shouts at the girl demanding to know who she is. The wind hits Jin hard as he blows far only for the Master to save him from falling to his death. My My says Master Monk, that is no way to treat a guest. The girl bows to master and that the bird attacked him to defend her. I am Caam says the girl and I've come to seek your assistance Master Monk.
